Hi Jonathan - my name is Jackie Clark, and I'm the daughter of Sir Tom Clark. I stumbled on your other blog, tried to leave a comment there, but it wasn't happening for me. So hopefully this does. You've done some great research on the family. Are you related to us? Or are you interested solely in the pottery part of it? It's a shame my Dad died almost three years ago - he would love that someone of your age was so passionate about this. Anyway, if there's things about the family history that you want to know, Dad commissioned one of our family to publish a book that covers all of that. It was done a number of years ago and consequently isn't up to date, but could possibly be of some help. Email me at goodeye dot co dot nz, if you want, and I'll see what we can do.

Hi. I live on Wiseley Road and have been there for the past 15 years. I have a great view of the Clark house form my place:) I am glad to see you are making a stand to preserve it. I love!!!! the history Hobsonville has, the Clark Pottery Works, (I use to play on the remains as a child), the old church down the road and the cute small cottages. I hope one day the airbase would just move out of the Clark House, so it could restored and opened for the public. KNH :)
